We generally charge $125 +GST for the first hour and $75 +GST for each hour after that. You will find we are quite efficient and most of our jobs are completed in the first hour.
+Should I vacuum before the carpet cleaner arrives?
Customers don’t have to, but if they do it saves us from having to do it ahead of time, which adds to our time and cost. Otherwise, we are happy to do it.

We will do our best to work around furniture. Generally speaking, the areas under furniture doesn’t need to be cleaned as it hasn’t had any traffic. However, if you would like us to move some furniture as we go along, we are able to do a limited amount of that.

Your carpet will be only slightly damp to the touch after your cleaning. Most carpets typically need 6-10 hours to dry completely. However, it could take up to 24 hours to dry depending on the time of year your carpets are cleaned, air circulation, humidity and temperature in your home.
Raising the temperature of your home to be at least 21C helps, as does running fans, dehumidifiers and even just leaving your bathroom fan on.

This depends on the substance of the stain, material of the carpet and how long it has been present. We will do our best to remove any stains that we see, or are pointed out to us. However, please let us know about stains ahead of time so that we can pretreat them. This will help achieve the best possible results. Not everything can be removed, but we will do our best!

Grocery store carpet cleaning machines are not maintained, not designed for any specific type of carpet cleaning and have nowhere near the power of our equipment. Plus we have expertise to operate our specialized machines that can make a world of difference.
Plus, often if you consider the hassle and expense of renting a machine, purchasing chemicals, cleaning your own carpet, and returning it, we are fairly cost competitive.

This depends heavily on the size and style of furniture, as well as the furniture location within the house. Generally couches and loveseats can be done in about 30 minutes, but larger sectionals can take up to an hour.
+What should I do to prepare?
Before our arrival please vacuum any dirt or hair that you can from the furniture and underneath the cushions. Also please make sure if possible that there is a few feet of space around the furniture so we are able to maneuver ourselves and the equipment around it. Finally, we will need two electrical plugs that are on seperate breakers for our machine to run properly. Knowing where these are ahead of time is always helpful.
