As KHJ continues to develop we are able to create important back up plans within our operations. As everyone saw with Covid-19, there were many uncertainties surrounding health and self isolation. It requires only the most minor symptoms to call for self isolation, ideally lasting 14 days or more to reduce any potential spread. There are countless other reasons why an employee needs time off work, however Covid-19 is the latest example of many companies losing employees for extended periods of time. This is why contingency planning is a huge aspect of our business model. KHJ prides itself on the ability to never miss a scheduled cleaning of our clients business. How we do this relies heavily on having an awesome team of staff, who are trained to clean overlapping locations. At any given time we have several professional cleaners ready and able to fill in and clean a location if the scheduled cleaner is unavailable.

Communication with our clients is also necessary to ensure everyone is informed if unforeseen circumstances arise and the scheduled cleaning cannot be completed. With as much of a notice as possible we have been successful in our methods to perform our cleaning duties as soon as possible to satisfy the needs of our clients.
